**Context of the hiring**:
Following internal mobility, we are looking for our next **Group Talent and Development Manager** to lead our central Talent and Development function and champion our efforts to attract, develop, engage, and retain the best people in our sector.

**Your mission & responsibilities**:
As a Group Talent & Development Manager, you will have the expertise and the drive to design and implement a global strategy to develop, optimize and implement a comprehensive approach including processes, systems and programs for recruiting, learning, performance management, leadership development, talent and succession planning.

**More specifically**, you will:

- Actively **contribute to the Knauf Group HR Roadmap** by challenging proposed solutions, ensuring the KI DNA is considered and translating requirements, plan and outcomes to KI reality. Ensuring reporting for KI and Group
- Build the **recruitment and sourcing strategy** and ensure we build strong market knowledge to support the current and future business requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Experts (RPO and recruiter’s community).
- Develop a **learning and development strategy** based on our existing offering and new business needs. Implement tools and (IT) systems to support L&D processes. Collaborate with HR Business leads and functional leaders to **design programs to help strengthen the skill set of individual employees and functional teams** to meet the current and future needs of the company.
- Define, organize and facilitate a **leadership development programs** to ensure that leaders and managers have the right resources, support and training to effectively lead their teams, inclusively and collaboratively.
- Partner with specialized external vendors to drive effective mentoring, sponsorship and coaching programs.
- Work closely with managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a structured **annual talent review cycle** is embedded within the organization to identify high potential, talent gaps, retention risks and succession planning. Lead talent review on Central Function scope. Analyze and provide recommendation on KI data outcome.
- Build a solid understanding of KI’s strategic plan and business growth needs. Partners with HR Manager to define areas of pipelining for Succession Planning or where to build the talent pipeline with external talent.
- Collaborate with HR Business leads to develop, manage and implement **a talent career development framework** that helps managers to create development & career plans to identify learning needs, competencies and career development. Organize external assessments where needed
- Responsible for talent analytics, establish KPIs, to evaluate impact and success of talent programs and adjust strategy based on it.
- Partner with human resources teams and business leaders to roll out and implement our annual employee engagement strategy and ensure that the results and action plans are integrated and considered in our talent and development programs.
- Manage and leverage relationships with specialized external vendors to optimize cost and added value.

**You** will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners worldwide to ensure that programs and approaches are scalable across the organization and create strategic solutions for a Talent Strategy across an entire company. The positon is based out of our Headquarters in Visé, Belgium and travel to our locations Europe will also be expected (max 20% of time).

**Your profile**:
You have:

- A Master Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources, talent strategy and organizational development in an international organization.
- Deep knowledge of talent management processes and programs, talent acquisition, competency management, performance management, L&D, succession and leadership.
- Experience and accreditation coaching for senior executives.
- Solid experience in online learning and LMS implementation is a plus.
- Successful track record working cross-culturally.
- Project Management and change management experience
- Experience in developing programs for talents
