**Description**:

- **Correspondence management**: Receiving, drafting and sending official correspondence in French and English.
- **Organisation of meetings and events**:Coordinating meetings, preparing the necessary documentation and supporting the organisation of official events.
- **Diary management**: Ensure effective management of the diaries of diplomatic staff, planning appointments, travel and meetings.
- **Bilingual communication**:Provide linguistic support in French and English, and ideally in Dutch, German or Luxembourgish, both orally and in writing.
- **Logistical support**:Coordinating the logístical aspects of official visits, including booking travel and accommodation.
- **Archiving and filing**:Ensuring the organised archiving of official documents and correspondence, guaranteeing their rapid accessibility and confidentiality.

**Profil**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative secretary, preferably in a diplomatic context.
- **Languages**: Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch, German or Luxembourgish would be a major asset.
- **Technical skills**: Excellent command of office automation tools (Microsoft Office), writing and communication skills.
- **Organisation and versatility**:Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
