Are you a meticulous organizer with a flair for efficient office management?

We are currently seeking a flexible and capable **Office Manager/Management Assistant** to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee reception duties, orchestrate office logistics, provide indispensable administrative support to our executive team, and serve as a reliable backup for internal support functions during peak periods and staff absences.

**Pierre Marcolini Company**:
The _Maison _Pierre Marcolini is a Gastronomy House active in the creation, production and distribution of luxury chocolates, patisserie, sweet treats, and ice cream.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent our company with professionalism and warmth by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and upholding a polished presence at the front desk.
- Maintain seamless office functionality by coordinating tasks such as mail distribution, inventory oversight, and facilitating maintenance requests.
- Support our executive team with administration management (, meeting coordination, and the preparation of impeccably crafted documents and presentations.
- Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness by stepping in to assist various internal functions during demanding periods and ensuring uninterrupted workflow during vacation.
- Foster collaboration across departments to streamline communication and optimize operational efficiency throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in office management/management assistant or a related capacity, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and adept multitasking abilities.
- Superior communication skills and a polished demeanor, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a penchant for quickly adapting to new technologies.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information, coupled with a commitment to upholding confidentiality.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments.
- Preferred experience supporting management or overseeing office facilities.
