Description de la fonction:
Etablir et contrôler les processus, coordonner et organiser les
différentes activités du service en fonction des priorités et
compétences de chacun ainsi que des besoins de l'organisation,
organiser la coopération, communiquer les fondamentaux, donner du
feedback et stimuler la dynamique d’équipe afin d'offrir un service
effectif et efficace répondant aux exigences de qualité de l'organisation
et ce, dans les délais impartis.
Assurer les évaluations, le coaching et l'évolution des collaborateurs,
développer leur autonomie, contrôler l’atteinte des objectifs afin
d'exploiter et de développer au mieux leurs compétences, aptitudes et
savoir-faire et de garantir le fonctionnement harmonieux de l'équipe
Encadrer son équipe afin de soutenir le système de gestion de la
qualité, santé/sécurité et environnementale de l’organisation dans le
processus d’amélioration continue
Elaborer des stratégies de formation relatives à la délivrance de la
formation, coordonner un processus transversal des formations
techniques et opérationnelles au sein de la société, être un support au
management des services opérationnels pour toutes les matières liées
à ces domaines dans le but de professionnaliser davantage nos
collaborateurs à travers la gestion optimale de leurs ressources et
compétences en regard aux objectifs de l’entreprise et exigences des
compagnies aériennes et législation en vigueur (Par exemple EASA)
Assurer le rôle de formateur à la demande du management et sur les
matières pour lesquelles il est certifié afin de répondre aux obligations
de la règlementation liée au transport aérien
Concevoir, mettre en place, mettre à jour, exploiter et diffuser des
reportings appropriés aux besoins du business afin d’optimaliser la
politique de formations techniques et opérationnelles au sein de la
société
Etre le point de contact durant les audits externes pour toutes les
matières relatives aux formations techniques et opérationnelles,
présentation du cadastre des formations et des obligations respectées
Profil recherché
Diplôme : Bachelier
Langues : français, anglais
Expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans une fonction similaire ou
démontrer une expérience équivalente.
Très bonnes connaissances en formations techniques et
opérationnelles dans un environnement aéroportuaire
Connaissances des règlementations relatives au transport aérien
(AESA, IATA, OACI, )
Capacité à travailler seul ou en équipe selon les objectifs fixés
Qualités managériales : leader, coach et manager
Être orienté clients et communiquer aisément
Aptitude à innover et à faire émerger des nouvelles idées
Faire preuve de pragmatisme pour pouvoir agir et intervenir de façon
concrète
