En tant que Customer Support, vous faites partie du Shared Services Center et vous apportez votre soutien aux 11 sites. Cela implique que vous assistez les différents sites dans le domaine de la gestion des dossiers et assurez la poursuite de l'unification des processus internes.

**Quelles sont vos tâches quotidiennes ?**
- Vous veillez à ce que chaque dossier client soit créé de manière irréprochable, conformément à la procédure de travail interne, en préparation du Claims Officer.
- Vous activez et suivez les dossiers reçus via différents canaux tels que par mail, Informex ou UBench.
- Vous élaborez des propositions pour raccourcir le processus d'évaluation des dommages de manière optimale et conviviale pour le client.
- Vous organisez les pick-ups et delivery's nécessaires.
- Vous établissez, en fonction des besoins, une planification correcte et efficace du transport.
- Vous organisez et suivez la planification des véhicules de remplacement au niveau du groupe.
- Vous assurez une communication claire et transparente tant avec les contacts internes qu'externes (clients, partenaires, collègues,...).
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les gestionnaires de sinistres pour compléter les dossiers.
- Vous encadrez et assistez, aussi longtemps que nécessaire, le démarrage de nouveaux sites.
- Vous prévoyez la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs et lors du déploiement de nouveaux sites dans le domaine du Customer Support**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Bachelor dans le domaine de l'automobile et/ou des assurances. Une expérience professionnelle pertinente est un atout.
- Vous êtes particulièrement attentif au client et au service et vous recherchez la satisfaction à 100% du client.
- Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance du français.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise et savez comment faire avancer les choses.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en termes d'organisation.
- Vous avez un permis de conduire de type B.
