The main focus in this role will be on:

- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan
- Managing and improving the sales process, with a particular focus on identifying up-selling & cross-selling opportunities via a smart data-analysis.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate business forecasting & reporting.
- Achieving revenue growth and customer lifetime value optimisation.
- Meeting clients and driving & evangelizing all aspects of the Company’s strategy among a large and existing clients base (mainly multinationals) within Belgium.
- Act as a role model for best practices & encourage the sharing of experiences and the celebration of success.
- Inspiring and coaching the team towards their quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Facilitating individual growth & harmonious group dynamics.

- Experience in managing a sales process, from analysis to implementation, within a corporate/multinational setting.
- Experience in leading and inspiring a sales team towards consistent sales target achievement.
- Outstanding organizational leadership skills with a clear ability to act as a change agent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Analytical skills in order to identify commercial opportunities & evaluate/adjust sales performance
- Strong problem solving, networking and project management skills
