As Service Coordinator, you provide administrative and Compliance support to the Benelux Cluster by following administrative and Compliance systems, procedures and policies in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Service delivering_
- Provide the highest level of satisfaction by aiming to meet and exceed expectation of the Benelux organization
- Respond to any complaints in a timely manner and in first instance striving to resolve any issues raised
- Processes, procedures, policy and compliancy_
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of more efficient operating practices and procedures and where applicable within the company
- Ensures that the administration of the Benelux organization is done in adherence to the companies policies and procedures
- Be the first check for MAH100/MAXX CRM
- Help and support for preparing and sending AHCP agreements _> Financial support_
- Ensure the follow-up of financial processes from order to payment
- Participate in budget meetings with Financial Planning
- Give input to the budget owners on budget status
- Create and manage vendors follow internal guidelines
- Administrative support_
- Day-to-day administrative support is provided in a timely manner (Requests from all BNL Cluster Colleagues)
- Project assistance_
- Provide assistance for Compliance projects
- Provide assistance for Contracts mapping Actively participate in the Audit preparation

**Your profile**:

- Secretarial degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in related field
- Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
- Excellent computers skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Very good organizational and planning skills
- Problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Focused on internal/external customer needs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active/flexible mind-set
