Notre client, actif dans le secteur financier, recherche un assistant de gestion. A ce titre, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un soutien administratif complet aux Client Relationships Managers et d'assurer avec succès le service aux clients. Les tâches et responsabilités sont très larges et évolueront avec le temps
**Description**

Responsabilités administratives et de secrétariat
- Gérer le calendrier en tenant compte des priorités de l'entreprise afin de proposer des alternatives, des compromis et d'envisager l'utilisation la plus efficace du temps du CRM.
- Gérer et filtrer tous les appels et le courrier,
- Développer des relations de travail avec les clients, les autres chargés de clientèle et les autres membres du personnel.
- Accueillir les visiteurs.
- Coordonner les réservations de salles et la logistique.
- Maintenir une communication active pour assurer un niveau de service adéquat
- Organiser et maintenir un système de classement
- Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que les courriels
- Préparer des présentations PowerPoint
- Gérer la base de données clients (CRM Microsoft Dynamics) : création, mise à jour, en suivant strictement les procédures d'autorisation internes.

Responsabilités de back-office
- Ouverture de comptes bancaires en coordination avec le Compliance Officer
- Saisie et suivi des ordres financiers et des investissements (dans les fonds TreeTop), prise en charge de toutes les tâches administratives
- Préparation de tableaux de bord, de rapports, d'études

Responsabilités liées aux événements
- Coordination des réservations de salles et de la logistique
- Soutien aux événements : envoi des invitations, gestion de la liste des participants, présence lors des événements
- Gestion de la base de données clients (CRM Microsoft Dynamics) : création et suivi des événements, en respectant strictement les procédures d'autorisation internes.
- Organiser et maintenir les contacts concernant le traiteur, l'entretien, la femme de ménage,...

**Profile**
- Idéalement : diplôme/certificat de secrétariat, au moins cinq ans d'expérience progressive en secrétariat (en partie dans un cabinet de services professionnels de préférence)
- Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et parlé et connaissance professionnelle du néerlandais et de l'anglais
- Compétences administratives supérieures
- Avoir une affinité avec les chiffres
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant au sein de l'entreprise qu'avec les clients. Savoir gérer l'ambiguïté
- Capacité à comprendre à la fois le contexte et les spécificités des situations de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Hiérarchisation des tâches multiples avec des exigences de réponse à court et à long terme
- Excellent sens du détail et de la précision
- Capacité à contribuer et à travailler de manière cohérente dans un environnement où règne un fort esprit d'équipe
- Compétence et professionnalisme à l'égard des clients et des collègues
- Orientation vers le service et attitude proactive, autodémarrage
- Style de travail indépendant et structuré ; efficacité dans la définition des priorités et la coordination de la charge de travail, capacité à respecter les délais.
