Als Customer Success Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor HP's bestaande klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties, het identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het zorgen voor een optimale klanttevredenheid. Zo draag je actief bij tot de groei van HP in België.
**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Customer Success Manager (CSM) bij HP?**
Je werkt hybride van thuis uit of op het kantoor in Diegem (Brussel). Als Customer Success Manager ondersteun je onze klanten gedurende hun hele reis: van potentiële klant tot trouwe gebruiker van onze producten en diensten. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het up
- en cross-sellen bij bestaande klanten van HP en het verzorgen van een uitstekende service. Je bouwt sterke langetermijnrelaties op en begrijpt de behoeften van de klanten. Je adviseert hen over de beste HP-oplossingen en helpt hen om deze succesvol te implementeren en te beheren. Jouw prioriteit? Groei realiseren, ondersteuning en service bieden Kortom: jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en houdt hen tevreden.

**Herken jij jezelf hierin?**
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen.
Je bent bekend met het escalatiemanagement.
Je hebt al minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. Ervaring in IT is een plus
Je bent klantgericht, betrouwbaar en sterk in het bouwen van relaties.
Je bent proactief en kunt zelfstandig werken.
