**What you’ll do**
- Service client : réactivité et proactivité_
- Identifier et évaluer les besoins des clients : satisfaire leurs demandes dans les délais les plus brefs.
- Maintenir une communication proactive avec les clients actifs et inactifs en les contactant régulièrement pour réévaluer leurs besoins et mesurer leur satisfaction
- Identifier des opportunités d’upsell lors des diverses interactions avec le client ou prospect
- Construire des relations durables avec les clients grâce à une communication ouverte, interactive et en s’assurant d’entretenir une bonne relation
- Atteindre les objectifs mensuels de ventes de l’équipe Customer Experience
- Traiter les demandes des clients selon les priorités, fournir des solutions appropriées en assurant le bon transfert des demandes et des informations vers les départements adéquats
- Suivre les procédures de communication et stratégies propres au département
- Administration des ventes : lancement, prolongation et arrêt des commandes, mise à jour dans le CRM,
- Accompagnement clients sur notre plateforme_
- Onboarder nos clients en fournissant une formation de prise en main de la plateforme
- Prendre en charge des training clients pour assurer le bon usage de la plateforme
- Prendre en charge le client pendant toute la durée de la collaboration pour assurer l’utilisation de l’outil et la satisfaction du client
- Le Customer Success & Care Manager rapporte au Head of Customer Experience qui guide l’équipe dans les missions._
**What you’ll need**
- Une première expérience en service clientèle est un plus.
- Vous êtes orienté client et êtes apte à gérer toute sorte de situation.
- Vous possédez un réel team spirit et de très bonnes capacités d’organisation.
- Vous êtes ouvert à travailler sur de nouveaux projets et services Auxipress.
- Vous travaillez de façon autonome et flexible.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais ; l’anglais est un plus.
