**Mission**:
En tant que Director of Sales pour les États-Unis, vous êtes responsable de la promotion de l'hôtel et de ses installations étendues sur le marché américain. Voici un aperçu de vos responsabilités:
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente complète, en collaboration avec le Directeur des Ventes pour les États-Unis, en mettant l'accent sur le TAR (Taux moyen journalier).
- Prendre la direction dans l'établissement de nouvelles relations commerciales, élargir les relations existantes et entretenir les contacts commerciaux actuels.
- Mettre en œuvre et gérer le budget de vente, ainsi que fixer des objectifs de vente annuels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente régionales pour maximiser la visibilité de l'hôtel.
- Participer à des salons, événements, etc.
- Interagir avec les clients pour obtenir des retours d'expérience sur la qualité, le service et la satisfaction générale, assurant une transition fluide des ventes aux opérations.
- Rester informé et rapporter les activités concurrentielles et les tendances du marché.
- Être responsable de la base de données client.

**Profil**:
- 3-5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction senior de vente dans l'hôtellerie de luxe (5 étoiles)
- Solides compétences en vente
- Axé sur l'action avec une volonté de résultats
- Gestionnaire de personnes et communicateur efficace
- Fier et soucieux du détail dans votre travail
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression
- Disposé à voyager
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, d'autres langues sont un atout supplémentaire
