Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het volgende:

- Leiding geven aan het Development team van en het formuleren van de strategie en jaarlijkse doelstellingen van het team.
- Coachen en motiveren van teamleden om hun competenties, vaardigheden en talenten optimaal te ontwikkelen.
- Actieve betrokkenheid bij grote, complexe of strategisch belangrijke projecten gedurende de verschillende fasen van projectontwikkeling, zoals acquisitie, ontwerp, vergunningsprocedures, aanbesteding, prijs
- en contractonderhandelingen, commercialisatie, en opvolging tot aan de oplevering.
- Fungeren als klankbord voor de projecten van het team en bijdragen aan het behalen van de vastgestelde doelen op het gebied van kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en kostenefficiëntie.
- Implementatie en indien nodig aanpassing van bedrijfsprocessen met betrekking tot projectontwikkeling en projectmanagement.
- Samen met het managementteam zorgdragen voor een soepele, efficiënte en resultaatgerichte werking en communicatie binnen dit bedrijf.
- Vertegenwoordigen van dit bedrijf naar externe belanghebbenden, waarbij je de belangen van Alides behartigt en je netwerk op waardevolle wijze inzet.
- Het volgen van ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van projectontwikkeling en -management en deze indien relevant introduceren binnen de organisatie.
- Je hebt mínimaal vijftien jaar werkervaring in projectontwikkeling en -uitvoering, bij voorkeur zowel in de residentiële als de kantorenmarkt, en in diverse regio's in België.
- Je hebt een Masteropleiding in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld Ingenieur, Architectuur of Bouwkunde) of een financiële richting, op voorwaarde dat je deze aanvult met technische ervaring.
- Het aansturen van mensen is iets waar je van houdt. Je biedt duidelijke visie en structuur en communiceert helder over je verwachtingen. Tegelijkertijd stimuleer je teamleden om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en geef je ze ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een ambitieuze, besluitvaardige en stressbestendige instelling om je doelen te bereiken.
- Organisatorisch ben je zeer sterk, zowel in je eigen planning als die van het team.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je kunt je visie vlot en duidelijk overbrengen naar zowel externe als interne belanghebbenden. Je hebt impact op anderen door je overtuigende stijl en argumentatie, en je aarzelt niet om de belangen van Alides te verdedigen in onderhandelingssituaties.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands, Engels en Frans op een hoog niveau.
