Internal Sales Officer

**Functie**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de telefonische verkoop en promotie van Canon supplies artikelen (papier, etc.) in een uitsluitend B2B omgeving van zowel bestaande klanten als prospecten binnen een bepaalde regio.
- Proactief onderhouden van een goede klantencontact en de klanten helpen tot de juiste media
- en materiaalkeuzes te komen.
- Commercieel verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en opvolgen van de door jouw opgemaakte offertes en administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van de accountmanagers om het verkoopproces optimaal te ondersteunen.
- Verwerken en opvolgen van orders alsook klachtenafhandeling behoort tot je takenpakket en dit in heel BeLux.
- Het doorspelen van relevante marktinformatie naar de desbetreffende productmanagers en collega's van de andere klantgroepen.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of een gelijkaardige ervaring in een sales support functie. Je hebt minimum 1 jaar ervaring als internal sales medewerker en komt aangenaam en professioneel over aan de telefoon.
- Wij zoeken een uitgesproken enthousiaste, gemotiveerde en overtuigende persoon die houdt van commerciële klantencontacten en steeds hogere doelen wil bereiken.
- Door je commerciële feeling, overtuigingskracht en gedrevenheid slaag je erin de verkoop van Canon supplies artikelen succesvol te ondersteunen.
- Je bent klantgericht, werkt graag op resultaat en bent bovendien stressbestendig en flexibel.
- Je hebt talent voor organisatie en planning en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Je hebt een vrolijke persoonlijkheid met empathie en respect voor iedereen.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (NL/FR).
- Je beheert MS-Office (Word en Excel).
- Enige kennis van SAP en ervaring binnen de wereld van supplies, papier en/of andere kantoorbenodigdheden is zeker een troef.
