En juillet 2021, Vademecom est intégré au groupe français de communication WMH Project (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Shangaï). L'agence Vademecom s'appellera désormais WMH Project.**:
**De la conceptualisation d'une stratégie à son implémentation sur le terrain, Vademecom constitue votre « one-stop shop » en communication dans tous les domaines d'activité, avec une compétence toute particulière dans les secteurs de la santé, des nouvelles et des hautes technologies.
**Description de la fonction
- Préparation, organisation et reporting de réunions
- Gestion des agendas
- Management des appels téléphoniques
- Gestion de diverses tâches administratives
- Gestion des factures
- Participation active à l'élaboration et au suivi des dossiers
- Gestion de bases de données
- Gestion de commandes (matériel informatique, fournitures etc)
- Envoi de communiqués de presse
- Réalisation de présentations
- Soutien aux équipes lors d'événements, d'actions de presse et de communications digitales (social media)
**Description du profil**
- Bilingue NL/FR + de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- Diplôme de bachelier en secrétariat/assistante de direction
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans le milieu
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office)
- Vous êtes rigoureux
- Vous êtes ponctuel et précis
- Vous êtes autonome et faites preuve d'esprit d'initiative
- Vous êtes flexible
- Vous résistez au stress
