Les autorités fiscales demandent (à juste titre) aux contribuables de fournir de plus en plus de preuves et de faire des déclarations.
En cas de non-respect de ces formalités, le risque d'amendes élevées est très élevé. Cette tendance se ressent dans toutes les branches de la fiscalité : TVA, accises, DAC6, Transfer Pricing, impôt sur les sociétés, etc.
Pour répondre aux attentes croissantes du gouvernement, Carrefour recherche actuellement un Tax Compliance Officer.
Le **Tax Compliance Officer **est responsable de l'exactitude des documents de conformité et des déclarations. Il est également responsable de la vérification des données fournies par les systèmes internes, et est crucial pour le bon fonctionnement financier de Carrefour.
En effet, avec les autres membres de l'équipe fiscale, le Tax Compliance Officer veille à ce que les risques pour le groupe Carrefour soient évités.
Ce rôle représente un véritable défi pour une personne ayant une expérience et un penchant pour** le Tax Compliancy**, et bénéficie du soutien total de la direction de Carrefour.

Vous êtes fort en analyse:
- Vous savez bien extraire les données comptables et financières du système ERP et vous pouvez interpréter ces données.
- Vous savez, en collaboration avec le fiscaliste, **les données qui** doivent être déclarées.
- Vous savez comment conseiller sur les dilemmes et les questions de conformité.
Vous êtes un héros de qualité:
- Vous serez responsable du suivi des projets relatifs à la conformité
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi et du respect des dates de soumission légales.
- Vous enregistrez les rapports et les incidents et veillez à ce qu'ils soient évités à l'avenir.

- Vous êtes chargé d'assurer le support concernant les différents documents de conformité.
- Vous assistez la direction dans les projets et vous répondez en temps utile à leurs demandes de manière correcte, complète et ordonnée.
