**Your responsibilities as Admin Officer?**:
- You give support to our Paralegals and Attorneys in their daily work.
- You will check and verify databases and official documents to ascertain the accuracy of information.
- You will invoice on a regular base, according to internal guidelines and timelines.
- You will work closely with colleagues from other departments

**What makes you fit the profile of Admin Officer at Gevers?**:
- You have a degree in an Administrative Orientation / Office Management / Languages
- Working experience in administration is considered a plus
- You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- You are fluent in Dutch with an excellent command of English and a good command of French
- You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Programs
- You are accurate, proactive and well organized
- You can work independently, handle deadlines and are stress resistant
- You are eager to learn and to develop yourself in the field
- You enjoy working in a team
