Pour notre client, une compagnie d'assurance à Anvers, nous recherchons un intérimaire. Le département Employee Benefits gère des contrats d'assurance de groupe vendus principalement par l'intermédiaire de courtiers à des PME et des grandes entreprises. En tant qu'assistant administratif, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos 4 collègues au sein de votre équipe pour soutenir le département Employee Benefits.
**Description**
- la saisie des données dans le système de suivi
- organiser le système de classification des gardes
- les opérations de gestion simples : introduction des données, connexion à l'assurance de groupe, etc.
- le suivi des dossiers de prestations sortants et entrants
- d'autres fonctions de support aux équipes de gestion.
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires, de préférence dans le domaine de la bureautique ou du commerce.
- Une expérience dans une fonction administrative ou une connaissance du secteur des avantages sociaux est un atout.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et une connaissance de base du français.
- Vous maîtrisez Word et Excel
- Vous aimez faire beaucoup de travail, vous travaillez efficacement, rapidement et avec précision, vous êtes résistant au stress, flexible, indépendant et vous aimez travailler en équipe.
