As Business Development Manager, you:

- Are passionate about e-commerce, logistics & marketing.
- Have a sales mindset who can easily identify, reach out and win new customers. Opening closed doors is your second nature and you make every opportunity count. Acquisition is what makes you happy.
- Are a born sales professional (hunting mindset), experienced in negotiating and adding value to the prospect’s existing or new business by using a consultative selling approach.
- In a future cookie-less world, analyzing and understanding the marketing and communication channels used by the customer.
- Detect potential expansion opportunities, build and consolidate a position in the prospect’s long-term marketing and communication strategy in order to help him choose the ideal marketing mix and convince him to adapt and/or expand his current marketing mix.
- Cultivate new relationships with prospects, and turning raw concepts into compelling business plans for both parties.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with new customers.
- Become a point of reference in the area and participate in trade shows, events and conferences. You like to build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders linked to your business (e.g. E-commerce & marketing associations, interest groups and digital agencies) in order to be able to increase your success rate.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent through experience) and by preference 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role (Plus, if linked to e-commerce and or marketing)
- Fluent in French or Dutch, both is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English and the other National Language
- In-depth knowledge & passion in e-commerce and/or media landscape
- Great communication & presentation skills, negotiation techniques, consultative & social selling skills. You like to analyze & define your sales approach in order to be efficient.
- Work ethic : independent, proactive and hands-on with a focus on results. You set the right priorities and use a pragmatic approach in combination with a critical mindset.
- Can-do mentality, a true team player and trustworthy
- Sound judgment & diplomatic capabilities to navigate through confidential and sensitive matters.
