The Freelance Lodge is seeking a Strategic Growth Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving business growth and expansion across our 12 locations in Belgium.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Identifying new markets and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement

We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or in the world of entrepreneurship. You should be an enthusiastic, commercial, and team-oriented person with strong language skills in Dutch, French, and English.
