About the Company

BEXIM is a global leader in Transactional Executive Services, providing top-tier resources to drive change and ensure business continuity.

We operate as part of the Beaumont Group, mainly across EMEA. With a successful launch in early 2023, we have established activities in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and the UK.

We are now looking for a new Partner to strengthen our team for the Benelux region.


About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, connecting people, and facilitating strategic business solutions.

As a Partner at BEXIM, you will be involved in sensitive and high-stakes executive projects, working closely with C-level leaders to help them navigate critical transitions.

We welcome candidates from both inside and outside the interim management industry, including those with experience in executive interim solutions or backgrounds in consulting, finance, corporate services, or the industrial sector.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Expand the client portfolio by leveraging your network and business acumen.
  • Develop and maintain a strong community of interim managers, actively engaging in the local BEXIM Club to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.
  • Manage and update the CRM system for tracking leads, assignments, and client interactions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong business network and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
  • A passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
  • A background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-employed or willing to work under an independent contract structure.
