Job Description:

As a Business Growth Manager at PRIMA Partners Global, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing small to mid-sized customer accounts within the Microsoft Modern Workplace domain. Your primary objective will be to win new business and maximize the potential of these accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for owning and developing a portfolio of customer accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • With a focus on account growth and profitability, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  • Your expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace domain sales will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers, resulting in increased customer loyalty and profitability.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, leverage collective knowledge, and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability by using full knowledge of assigned product/service line
  • Clear understanding of the company's core value proposition and demonstrates ability to communicate with context to customer requirements
  • Negotiate on deals and rebates
  • Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development
