About Locala's Vision

Our vision is to empower marketers with innovative solutions to succeed in their efforts. Our omnichannel advertising platform transforms complex mobility and consumer data into actionable audience insights, enabling us to fuel advanced media strategies that consistently deliver smarter business outcomes.

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and achieve our revenue targets in Benelux. You will work closely with the Managing Director Europe to define the sales strategy of the country and make proactive suggestions based on your market knowledge.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets that aligns with the company's goals, European strategy, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Drive sustainable financial growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing sales budgets effectively.
  • Represent Locala on the Belgian market by identifying key events and medias partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Europe marketing team to well represent Locala on the Belgian market, and the global product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • ~10+ years of sales experience in digital/mobile advertising sales with a proven track record of success in senior sales roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
