**Your responsibilities**
- Set up and represent MATCHi's Sales business in as our first local hire ensuring the unit’s profitability and creating growth in the dedicated market
- Research, evaluate and structure a solid go-to-market strategy in alignment with MATCHi’s expansion strategy
- Be in charge of the entire Sales cycle from finding new as well as supporting existing customers following your set targets
- Connect with and create a network around the racket sports community in your area
- Evaluate the need for expanding the team and drive those hiring projects as the market grows
- Collaborate with the Commercial team in the HQ in Gothenburg to learn from them, share your learnings contributing to overall growth efforts

**Who we are looking for**
- Experienced Commercial person with an entrepreneurial mindset, meaning you enjoy working autonomously and consider yourself being self-driven, creative as well as structured at the same time
- Background in leading a scale-up company’s Sales activities and a team
- Knowledge within the tech and digital environment, such as Software-as-a-service
- Being passionate about racket sports and well connected in the community is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly - for the onboarding as well as joining other events and meetings in the Gothenburg HQ
- You are fluent in Flemish, French and English, Swedish is nice-to-have
