**Jouw taken**:
Als
**Second Line Support Engineer** maak je deel uit van het IT Business Solutions Operationele team.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen en voorkomen van 2de lijnsincidenten.
Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op zowel de non-productie als de productie-omgeving.
Jouw focus ligt op het domein van de kantoren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de toegewezen applicaties en waarborgt de continuïteit.
Je analyseert, identificeert en lost incidenten op.
Je voert een duidelijke interne en externe communicatie over de oplossingen en de impact van de incidenten met de betrokken partijen.
Binnen het domein Kantoren volg je de ontwikkeling op van nieuwe projecten/features en samenwerking met de service manager.
**Jouw profiel**:
Jij bent een echte teamplayer die een positieve ingesteldheid heeft. Je hebt kennis van Unix/Linux; shell scripting, Java en Oracle SQL. Je bent leergierig en kan zelfstandig aan de slag gaan.
Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en een focus naar oplossingen. Je staat open voor wachtdienst, nadat je ingewerkt bent.
