The « Talent Acquisition Officer » role is a key position in the operation of ACENSI. Reporting to your Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Analyze and understand client needs
- Identify key competencies of the talent in order to source the best profiles
- Analyze the selected profiles in order to contact them and add them to the internal database
- Send adequate tests to technical profiles
- Get involved in the IT community by participating in various networking and technology discovery events
- Keeping an eye on the competition on recruitment related topics, including employer branding
- Continuously learning new things and growing both professionally and personally as part of a great team
And if you feel like it, it's up to you to contribute to:
- The organisation of afterwork sessions,
- Organising forums and trade fairs,
- Cross-functional HR projects.
**Your profile**
- You have a higher education or specialised training in Human Resources
- You have good interpersonal skills, are fluent in Dutch, English and French, are rigorous and motivated
- Ideally, you have a first successful experience in recruitment
