**Context**:

- The Third-party Administration team (TPA) is part of Bank Degroof Petercam’s (BDP) Corporate Banking Services (CBS) department. Its activities consist mainly in:
- being in charge of the administration of end clients in custody with BDP and managed by third-party managers (including entities from Degroof Petercam other than BDP);
- acting as the contact person for third-party managers.

**Your Position**:

- As an TPA Officer, you will deal with:
- Daily management:

- Interfacing with other colleagues of TPA and back office to dispatch the requested tasks and liaising with other departments, among others Administration of Accounts, Tax administration, IT, different desks (orders), payments, corporate actions, credit, in order to handle the everyday requests of clients and third-party managers.
- Coordination and follow-up on required actions and documentation with the aim of providing appropriate support to customers in a timely and orderly fashion;- Keeping all administrative folders up to date
- Account opening for new customers
- Periodic Know-your-customer documentation
- Relationship management with third-party managers
- Execute daily banking operations for end clients (order routing, payments, transfers in and out)

**Your Profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ideally a first experience in a similar role;
- You have either an administrative/compliance background in Financial Markets, Commercial Banking or in a third-party environment.
- You have a professional knowledge (written and spoken) of Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English;
- You feel comfortable when it comes to communication with internal and external client;
- You have easy contacts with customers by telephone;
- You are rigorous, have an eye for detail and have the ability to keep an overview of the different files and projects you are working on;
- You like to work in a positive environment that gives you the opportunity to come up with constructive feedback and suggestions in order to help the Bank optimize the administrative support provided to its customers.
- You are skilled at MS Excel, MS Word software and have a basic knowledge of SAP Business Objects.
