Mission
- Set up schedules for the projects within Program Decom Common according to the Schedule management plan and the already existing guidance and templates.
- Develop the interfaces between the project schedules and the Master Schedule
- Define the buffers and margins of the projects schedules and make the connection with the definition of contingencies.
- Monitor the critical path and almost critical paths in a pro-active manner (steering and information).
- Integration (upload in) of the schedules in _Clarity PPM tool_
- Produce the Timelines for the overview of the projects schedules (use of _Timeliner_).
- Reporting (follow up of the current status of the projects schedules)
- Give support to the _Schedule & Interfaces Manager_ for the development of the Master Schedule
- Develop with the team the Program schedule control system and progress measurement methodology, closely liaise with sub-programs and project managers and with the sites Doel & Tihange to ensure the effectiveness of schedule management tools and process

Profile
- You have at least 5 years in a similar role.
- You have a Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of IT scheduling tool **MS Project** is a must (other tools are a plus).
- Knowledge of Clarity PPM tool is a plus.
- PMI certified PMP® is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, in French, Dutch and English.
- Well organized and result-oriented.
- Focused on efficient teamwork, easily make new contacts and can work transversely.
- Knowledge of the operation of a nuclear power plant and the nuclear circuits is a plus.
- Experience in project management (knowledge of PMI methodology is a plus).
