As a **Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer**, you will take full ownership of the full recruitment cycle for senior-level roles.
Next to that, you will play an important role in delivering a positive and smooth onboarding experience for our new joiners.
This role involves being present at our different Forvis Mazars locations across Belgium to stay closely connected with our teams and hiring needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive A-Z recruitment for experienced profiles across our business lines
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multi-channel sourcing and recruiting; proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Be an active advisor towards our hiring managers. Understand our business needs and provide adequate and tailored recruitment recommendations
- Conduct interviews, own the selection process, support offer negotiations, and oversee contract preparation
- Work alongside and coach our Talent Acquisition Officer, supporting junior-level/ mid senior level recruitment and all round campus initiatives
- Manage and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Making sure they can kick start their career/ journey at Forvis Mazars
- Take ownership of Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to senior-level recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders
- Proactive and strategic mindset with a genuine interest in talent and business alignment
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and fluency in English and/or French (both is a strong advantage)
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
