We offer them solutions in close collaboration with other departments such as asset management, estate planning, loans, private equity, artistic advice and corporate finance. In this way, we have to take care of the assets of our clients. To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for new colleagues for our different Private Banking offices.
**Context**:
Reporting to the Head of Credit Administration and Middle Office, you will ensure the drafting, proofreading, implementation, checking and operational monitoring of credit files.
**Your Position**:
- Assure the internal administrative follow-up of the credit portfolio:
O Daily management of the requests relative to the current credits;
O Contact with Relation Managers;
O Daily support to Credit Analysts;
O Search for information for various attestations;
O Archiving of the credit agreement.
- Draft or proofread the contractual documents of credit and pledge for clients:
O Determination or check of the adequate type of agreement to use;
O Calculation or check of APR, total cost of credit, daily interests;
O Preparation or signature of cover letter.
- Record credits in the Bank's computer system:
O Check of the client return (contract validity, mention, signature);
O Request for the opening of credit technical accounts;
O Verification of the implementation of the pledge;
O Provision of the credit.
**Your Profile**:
- You have obtained a bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent with a relevant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in the financial sector
- You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will work in a small team but you are able to connect with different stakeholders (Credit analysts, Private Bankers, Credit Risk managers, Members of the Credit Committee )
- You are proactive, flexible, pragmatic and have a ‘can-do’ mentality
- Solid organization skills are a must. You quickly get an overview of tasks, determine priorities and connect the dots on a broader level, while also keeping an eye for details
- You are discrete and can handle confidential information
- You are bilingual French and Dutch
- You are advanced Microsoft Office user
