**Service Desk Agent**

**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**

The following tasks will be performed:

- User guidance and support regarding the use of Horizon Data Intelligence information systems / ICT tools
- Follow-up of incidents related to Horizon Data Intelligence Information Systems, access to data, data quality, development of ad hoc reports and organization of the reporting
- Follow-up of user requests
- Follow-up of bug reports
- Document knowledge, and known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues
- Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree of 3 years.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects
- Knowledge of Qliksense is a plus
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent capacity to communicate technical concepts with a non-technical audience
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of EU policies and EU institutions is a plus

**OTHERS**
- The capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, on multiple large projects
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English C1
