Your Mission

As a Management Trainee, you work under the supervision of managers and executives in our organization. Your goal is:

- to acquire all essential knowledge to become a future manager, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations.

Your report to our General Manager.

During your journey, you will also report to the Head of the Department.

Your Responsibilities

Your Management Trainee duties include:

- Understanding how our company operates.
- Understanding each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Participating in our company’s strategic planning and implementation.
- Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting, collecting data, implementing new policies).
- Helping managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
- Keeping track of business revenue.
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
- Creating and giving presentations.
- Getting familiar with personnel duties.

Your first project will be to realize a marketing intelligence study to reinforce the future growth of our company, after that, you will take part in projects related to business intelligence in one of our other departments.

Your Profile
- A degree in Management or Business.
- A first experience between, 1 and three years is also welcome.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent math and computational ability.
- Effective communication skills.
