We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een
**Planning Officer (M/V/X)** die zich specifiek bezighoudt met merchandisingprojecten.

Hij/zij treedt op als de hoofdcontactpersoon met de field teams en garandeert een constante optimalisatie van de activiteiten.

Type contract: voltijds vast contract (38u/week) - maandag tot vrijdag.

Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk

Locatie: Tollaan 95 - 1982 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe

Functions:
Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

- Beheren van een optimale planning van activiteiten door het aanwerven en boeken van tijdelijke merchandisers en het verzorgen van routings.
- Fungeren als een helpdesk voor alle administratieve taken met betrekking tot de field teams.
- Zorgen voor het op tijd leveren van de benodigde tools en materiaal door in nauw contact te zijn met de partners van de logistiek.
- Efficiënt vertalen van alle eisen, nieuwe acties, prioriteiten en activiteiten in het IT-systeem.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de wekelijkse opvolging en update van de KPI's en het voorzien van field activiteitenrapporten.
- Analyseren en opvolgen van kosten en uitgaven en verzorgen van de maandelijkse klantenfacturatie.

Profil & Conditions:
Jouw eigenschappen;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het **Nederlands **en het** Frans** - Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt het vermogen jou aan te passen/ te reageren op verschillende soorten karakters.
- Je beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden en een operationele uitmuntendheid.
- Je hebt een affiniteit voor FMCG-merken (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) en de wereld van de Field Marketing.
- Je bent ondernemingsgericht en hebt geen ‘nine-to-five’ mentaliteit. Je kan ‘out of the box’ denken en je bent niet bang om aanbevelingen te geven (initiatief - pro-activiteit - probleemoplossing).
