Our client a global law firm located in Brussels, is looking for an BD & Marketing Assistant. This will be a busy role in which you will provide essential support and assistance to our fee earners, ensuring the end-to-end of various business development and marketing tasks. This is a permanent role, based out of our Brussels office.

What are your responsibilities as Marketing Executive Assistant in Brussels?
- Prepare pitches/bids and ensure that our credentials are up to date and reflect the strengths of our law firm;
- Maintain the BD & Marketing databases of pitches, credentials and BD templates for internal and external use;
- Support the Business Support team in executing best practices for updating and using the CRM system,
- Prepare and follow-up of BD and marketing campaigns, client seminars/events, CRM actions and other BD and marketing projects of the firm in Belgium;
- Proactively analyse the market and help with understanding our client base. Propose new ideas to help enhance the growth;
- Assist with and coordinate submissions to legal directories for all teams annually;
- Help team with communication on the firm's social media platforms and website;
- Build relationships with our international BD and marketing teams and look for opportunities to improve collaboration.

**Job Requirements**
Who are you?
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and either French or Dutch;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a law firm or multinational is a plus;
- Evidence of professional digital marketing experience;
- Comfortable working independently but as part of a team, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines;
- Have the ability to stay calm and work under pressure;
- An analytical eye enabling you to critically review information and improve it based on best practice experience and guidance;
- Excellent attention to detail and visual branding, enabling you to efficiently produce high quality, accurate and consistent output;
- Exceptional organisational skills;
- You are proactive and assertive;
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and a willingness to learn how to master other programmes/software;
