• Lead and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the energy sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact between key stakeholders and external vendors.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of common tooling and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making at executive level.
• Monitor project dependencies and coordinate internal implementation teams.
• Take on a Product Owner role for selected workstreams, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Participate in business architecture discussions and ensure strategic objectives are reflected in solutions.
• Contribute to the setup of a new organization, supporting legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.
• Help address future energy challenges, including congestion management, flexibility, and market evolution. Profile
• Proven experience managing complex projects in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of transmission and distribution networks, energy markets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, regulators, and operational teams.
• Experience working as a Product Owner or leading implementation teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in rapidly evolving environments with legal, regulatory, and financial complexities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
