Jouw uitdaging

Als Manager Business Accounting verdiep je je in de dynamische business van jouw klanten, zoals een echte companion de route. Dikwijls zal je zelfs mee deel uitmaken van het boekhoudteam van de klant als strategische advisor. Maar er is meer...

Je analyseert de financiële data en staat in voor de afsluit van de boekhouding in grotere dossiers (~ groepen van vennootschappen) met het oog op een inzichtrijke management rapportering.  Je staat je klanten bij met cijferanalyses en ad hoc financiële projecten zodat hij/zij het juiste beleid kan uitstippelen met zicht op de toekomst. Je ondersteunt klanten bij o.a. marge-analyses per kwartaal , controles van geldstromen ,  budgetteringen en rapporteringen zodat zij het financieel plan kunnen uitstippelen met zicht op de toekomst. Je wordt hiermee de bondgenoot van de controllers. Je zorgt voor een correcte aansluiting met de statutaire boekhouding en rapportering .  Je vergaart kennis in diverse financiële domeinen en bouwt je business accumen razendsnel op. Zo timmer jij aan jouw eigen loopbaanpad van financieel companion de route. Je opgedane kennis vertaal je in documentatie, zowel intern als extern. Ook deel je je know-how met je collegas via interne opleidingen. Je rapporteert en overlegt op regelmatige basis om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van je output te verzekeren. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk en streeft hierbij continue naar verbetering .

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt een master- of professionele bachelor met specialisatie accountancy-fiscaliteit of een economische richting. Een lopende ITAA-stage is een extra plus. Je hebt min. 5 jaar   werkervaring binnen accountancy . Afsluit van vennootschappen, tussentijdse rapporteringen, budgetteringen en financiële plannen zijn voor jou geen onbekend domein. Belangrijker, ze klinken jou als muziek in de oren. Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en bent uiterst bedreven in Excel . Ook de andere Office-toepassingen hebben voor jou geen geheimen. Onze klanten zijn voornamelijk Nederlandstalig met vaak internationale (groei)ambities. Nederlands en Engels schrijf en spreek je dan ook uitstekend. Ken je een woordje Frans? Dat is mooi meegenomen. Je wordt gedreven vanuit een klantgerichte en flexibele instelling die jou helpt om de noden van jouw klanten te verwezenlijken. Je bent hands-on en procesminded , je neemt actie waar nodig. Last but not least draag je teamspirit hoog in het vaandel.
