Job Description

Hospitality Talents, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les profils Hospitality, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Guest Relation & Front Office Agent motivé(e) pour l’ouverture d’un Boutique hôtel de luxe à Bruxelles.

Responsabilités :

  • Préparation des Arrivées
  • Accueil Chaleureux et Personnalisé
  • Conseils aux Clients
  • Gestion des Appels Téléphoniques
  • Participer activement à toutes les opérations quotidiennes de la Réception
  • Rapporter les incidents et les commentaires des clients pour une amélioration continue.
  • Gérer efficacement les processus d'enregistrement et de départ, assurant précision et satisfaction des clients.
  • Gérer les relations avec les clients tout au long de leur séjour, traitant rapidement toutes les préoccupations ou demandes.
  • Collaborer avec tous les départements de l'hôtel pour assurer une communication et une coordination efficaces.
  • Superviser la caisse, la facturation quotidienne et le traitement des paiements avec précision et conformité.
  • Augmenter le revenu moyen grâce à une vente additionnelle efficace de séjours prolongés et de services supplémentaires.
  • Assurer la sécurité des clients et de l'établissement en respectant les protocoles de sécurité établis.
  • Assurer la fermeture des opérations quotidiennes et effectuer des vérifications de facturation pour garantir la précision.
  • Respecter strictement les normes de l'hôtel et maintenir la qualité du service.


Requirements
  • Idéalement, une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire au sein de l'industrie de l'hospitalité.
  • Courant en français, maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais, et une maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus.
  • Posséder un sourire chaleureux, une nature agréable, le sens de l'humour et d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
  • Apprécier de travailler en collaboration au sein d'une équipe et communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les différents départements de l'hôtel.
  • Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à des situations changeantes.


Benefits
  • CDI, temps plein (7-15 + 15-23)
  • Salaire compétitif et avantages sociaux conformes à la CP 302.


Requirements
Idéalement, une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire au sein de l’industrie de l’hospitalité Courant en français, maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais, et une maîtrise d’une autre langue est un plus. Posséder un sourire chaleureux, une nature agréable, le sens de l’humour et d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles. Apprécier de travailler en collaboration au sein d’une équipe et communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les différents départements de l’hôtel. Capacité à s’adapter rapidement à des situations changeantes.
