Summary

Als ervaren contractmanager binnen TM ROCO maak je deel uit van de dienst Contractmanagement. Zo sta je in, in overleg en in samenwerking met het contractmanagement team, voor het opvolgen van het naleven van alle contractuele aspecten rondom het project. Werken als contractmanager bij TM ROCO kenmerkt zich door de diversiteit aan (deel)projecten, mensen, vraagstukken en problematiek. Je bent adviseur, onderhandelaar, beslisser en probleemoplosser in één. Dit vereist een optimale communicatie met de verscheidene diensten en teams binnen de organisatie van TM ROCO, evenals een correcte communicatie naar onderaannemers en de klant toe.

Je schrijft brieven en tijdige waarschuwingen;

Je maakt dossiers op voor compenseerbare voorvallen in samenwerking met diensten calculatie, planning…;

Je maakt offertes op in samenwerking met diensten calculatie, planning…;

Je zorgt voor het opmaken, evalueren en onderhandelen van onderaannemingscontracten,leverancierscontracten…;

Je volgt het naleven van contractuele condities doorheen de projectduurtijd richting klant op;

Je volgt het naleven contractuele condities door onderaannemer(s) en leverancier(s) op; relaties met leveranciers en onderaannemers opbouwen en onderhouden door als contactpersoon op te treden bij contractuele kwesties;

Je zorgt voor het structureel en consequent bijhouden van administratie voor alle contractcorrespondentie en -documentatie;

Je kan communiceren met alle belanghebbenden over contract-gerelateerde informatie;

Je zorgt voor het opstellen en opvolgen van contractuele complianceprocessen en -procedures, problemen met non-compliance identificeren.

Je rapporteert aan het hoofd Contract;

Je kan taken zelfstandig uitvoeren en binnen vastgelegde bevoegdheden communiceren naar onderaannemers, leveranciers, de klant, ...

Je bent Master in rechten, Burgerlijk of Industrieel ingenieur van opleiding (Master);

Je hebt goede kennis van de Belgische wetgeving;

Je hebt kennis van de private en publieke markt;

Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met het managen van technische/juridische/financiële projecten;

Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement;

Je hebt aantoonbare onderhandelingsvaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen;

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (bij voorkeur ook Engels en Frans), met een grondige kennis van de juridische en contractuele terminologie.

Je bent klantgericht: herkennen van de wensen, behoeften en belangen van zowel interne- als externe klanten en ernaar handelen;

Je bent initiatief: proactief, zelfstarter, hands-on-mentaliteit; grijpt kansen en onderneemt actie, oefent actief invloed uit op gebeurtenissen. Werken in teamverband: Werkt met anderen samen om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken, deelt informatie met anderen, ondersteunt anderen;

Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden: zowel intern als extern, assertief waar nodig;

Je bent planmatig: mogelijkheid om prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te halen. Je beschikt over de nodige dosis zelfstandigheid, je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch, zorgvuldig en resultaatsgericht;

Je bent oplossingsgericht;

Je bent administratief sterk.
