GUBERNA (Instituut voor Bestuurders vzw) is een kenniscentrum en netwerk voor bestuurders en ondernemingen. Gedreven door haar purpose "Better Boards, Better Organisations, Better Worlds" doet de organisatie eigen wetenschappelijk onderzoek binnen het domein van deugdelijk bestuur (corporate governance) en biedt het haar leden opleidingen, services op maat en netwerkactiviteiten rond dit thema aan.
Als Event Coördinator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter al onze externe netwerkactiviteiten en evenementen, en treed je op als ware ambassadrice/ambassadeur van GUBERNA.
In deze rol neem je ownership over het volledige proces:
Voorbereiding:
- Opmaak jaarplanning, afgestemd op de thematische contentkalender en actieplannen van de verschillende business units.
- Interne en externe resourceplanning.
- Sponsoring: actieve uitwerking en duurzaam beheer (inclusief activatiecampagnes) van de sponsorportefeuille die aansluiten bij de merkwaarden en doelgroepen van GUBERNA.
Organisatie & coördinatie:
- Coördinatie ter plaatse en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig.
- Prospectie geschikte locaties, onderhandelen met partners & leveranciers, logistieke planning, boeking van sprekers, ….
Rapportering & optimalisatie
- Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen en verdere ontwikkeling van draaiboeken.
- Rapportering, zowel financieel als op niveau van impact (o.a. NPS).
- Je bent een creatief en autonoom organisatietalent: jij doet wat nodig is, neemt initiatief, denkt out-of-the box en vertaalt innovatieve ideeën naar impactvolle evenementen.
- Je bent een durver en een respectvolle onderhandelaar: Je hebt een talent voor sponsorwerving en weet hoe je partners enthousiasmeert en mobiliseert.
- Je bent een teamplayer: altijd op zoek naar de meest optimale samenwerking en beste uitkomst.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent flexibel in tijd en ruimte.
- Je hebt een bachelor en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- In deze nieuwe rol krijg je de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig projecten te leiden, terwijl je ook samenwerkt met een team van gedreven professionals. Van interne collega's tot externe leveranciers, partners en sprekers – je bent in gesprek met diverse stakeholders.
