Our client is the **largest international law firm in the world **with 77 offices in 31 countries and more than 4,200 lawyers.
They have a wide diversity of clients from multinational companies from the Global 1000 and Fortune 500 to new companies developing cutting-edge technologies in their sector but also States and public organizations.
The Belgium entity has recently create a brand new Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) team and they are looking for a **Marketing and Events Coordinator**.

**Your mission**:

- You will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Senior Manager who leads the Belgium team to develop the function to the next level.
- As a Marketing and Events Coordinator you will work alongside your colleagues in Brussels on the
- **positioning of the brand and messaging to their clients** and other target groups. You will take ownership for the execution and quality of
- **client events**, and various aspects of the
- **marketing strategy**. In this role you are also actively involved in key projects and
- **campaigns** aligned with the firm’s strategy.**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the end to end process of client events, including all operational aspects, such as the invitation process, promotion of the event on internal and external social media channels and contact with suppliers
- Leverage current sponsorships and embed these opportunities into the event planning
- Advise, support and guide the business on relevant messaging for marketing materials
- Assure all marketing materials are in line with the global visual identity and work with external design agencies to create new materials
- Support practice groups with their marketing plans & content marketing activities
- Contribute to external brand campaign/content creation, thought leadership, capability statements, media relations, social media management, website and award submissions
- Working together with the HR department on Employer Branding and Brand Engagement campaigns in order to attract high profile talents in the legal environment

***Your profile**:

- Experience in marketing, events and/ or communications in an organization which is complex and/ or international
- Fluent in English, NL and French
- Proactive, hands-on, able to identify opportunities and follow up on initiatives
- Affinity with business-to-business and purpose driven culture
- Good communications and writing skills
- Eye for detail and creative mindset
