Als Customer Care Officer ben je de schakel tussen ons bedrijf en onze gewaardeerde klanten. Je speelt een essentiële rol bij het handhaven van uitstekende klantrelaties en het waarborgen van een naadloze ervaring. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het afhandelen van klantvragen, het bieden van productinformatie, het oplossen van eventuele klachten en het verwerken van bestellingen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten de beste service ontvangen.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Customer Care Officer met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans en Nederlands. Een succesvolle kandidaat heeft ervaring in een klantgerichte rol of een equivalent diploma. Je bent in staat om snel en efficiënt te schakelen tussen verschillende taken, en je bent gepassioneerd over het bieden van hoogwaardige service. Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om in teamverband te werken zijn essentieel voor deze functie.
