Customer Care Officer

Dans une entreprise où l'excellence du service client est essentielle, vous serez responsable de la vérification des engins de manutention et des machines avant leur livraison, et vous assurerez le suivi auprès des clients pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement.
Responsabilités- Répondre aux questions d'utilisation des clients,
- Présenter des services complémentaires (extensions de garantie, formations, connectivité, etc.),
- Proposer des accessoires et des pièces détachées supplémentaires en fonction des besoins.
- Vous avez un excellent sens commercial et un esprit d’équipe développé,
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences techniques et d'un intérêt pour les produits de l’entreprise,
- Vous êtes flexible, rigoureux, et avez une bonne capacité d'analyse,
- La possession du permis C est un atout,
- Curiosité, fiabilité et une bonne mémoire sont des qualités recherchées,
- La maîtrise du néerlandais constitue un avantage,
- Vous êtes prêt à vous investir dans une PME familiale partageant des valeurs fortes.
Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein dans une entreprise familiale, concessionnaire officiel de marques de premier plan. Le poste est varié et la rémunération est en adéquation avec vos compétences.
