Its a full time - permanent contract with BWC.

Functional requirement

  • Implementation of company processes in Service Now.
Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate company data to Service Now.

Setup API integration between Service Now and company local resources.

Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service Now to feed company internal customers' needs.

Workflow design in Service Now.

Migration of existing tools to Service Now.

Language:
Fluent in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing) French/Dutuch is a plus
