Vous devrez gérer un portefeuille clients et répondre à toutes les questions qu'ils poseront par rapport à l'assurance groupe et l'assurance hospitalisation qu'ils souhaitent ou qu'ils ont contractée(s) pour leurs salariés.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dédicacée au soutien technique et commercial de tous vos clients.

Vos tâches principales:
En collaboration avec vos collègues internes et externes, vous:

- Expliquez les tenants et aboutissants des contrats de vos clients par rapport au plan bonus, assurances hospitalisation et tout ce qui touche à l'Employee Benefit chez eux, et êtes capables d'en faire ressortir les améliorations possibles
- Préparez des rapports et présentations à destination des décideurs et bénéficiaires
- Vous soutenez, aider et conseiller votre client de manière quotidienne et vous souciez de la moindre de ses questions

**Profil**:

- Vous avez une expérience probante dans les assurances Vie de type Employee Benefits
- Vous avez les connaissances juridiques afférentes à l'EB (Législation sociale, fiscale et assurantielle)
- Vous disposez des attestations FSMA nécessaires (PCP Vie au minimum)
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la manipulation et le traitement de données chiffrées
- Vous démontrez un sens de l'analyse
- Vous communiquez facilement et clairement. Vous pouvez traduire en langage clair les points techniques à votre client
- Vous faites preuve de curiosité et de soif d'apprendre
- Vous êtes un Team Player
- L'orientation client est dans votre ADN
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances du français et/ou du néerlandais ; l'anglais est un plus
- Vous êtes un EXPERT d'Excel
