**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je analyseert de behoeften en de payrollprocessen van zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten, documenteert ze in een analysedocument en durft verbetervoorstellen te lanceren.
- Met jouw kritische blik kan je snel doorvragen waar nodig om de juiste inzichten te krijgen.
- Projectmanagement klinkt als muziek in je oren: je neemt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid door het organiseren van de startmeeting met de klant en het projectplan te presenteren. Follow-up-momenten zijn evident.
- Je past de uitgetekende procesflow toe en deinst er niet voor terug om je eigen "touch" eraan te geven.
- Je verleent assistentie aan en deelt je expertise met de payroll consultants tijdens het eerste loonberekeningsproces.
- Je ondersteunt je (pre)sales-collega's met je software
- en payrollexpertise in de prospectiefase. Je evalueert samen met hun of de aansluiting van de prospect haalbaar is. Samen met je sales-collega overtuig je de prospect van onze professionele aanpak en customer delight-service.
- Je beheerst onze softwaretoepassingen en assisteert zowel het beheer als de klant in het gebruik ervan.
Je zal werken vanuit het dichtstbijzijnde kantoor van jouw woonplaats.
**Wie ben je?**
- Met minimum 2 jaar ervaring als payroll medewerker kent payroll geen geheimen meer voor jou
- Je wil leren, je kennis op punt houden, je expertise verruimen en nieuwe tools ontdekken
- Je stelt de klant centraal waarbij je vertrouwen uitstraalt en bevestigt de klant in zijn keuze voor Partena Professional
- Je laat je niet van de wijs brengen door de noden en eisen van de klant, neemt ownership en zorgt voor een WOW-ervaring
- Met je adelaarsblik houd je overzicht over je projecten
- T.E.A.M. - Say What? Als onboarding consultant werk je steeds in tandem met verschillende transversale teams.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een plus.
