DUTIES/ROLE:

  • Responsible for and ensure that:
ü ITSM service/change requests are timely managed

ü Recurring Change Management and related boards are manned at all times

ü All of the Change Management process related outcomes and actions are captured within NCSC knowledge management repositories

ü Service Provider shall be directly reporting to NCSC Transition Area Lead, Service Supplier on boarding (one time)

  • Activity KPIs (Response to SR) shall be recorded through BMC footprints ITSM system and will be reviewed by Change Management Process owner on a weekly basis
  • Review of incoming Change Requests, initial assessment, categorization and relevant stakeholder identification to be included in consideration for Technical Implementation aspects
  • Review of all approved Change Requests, scheduling and coordinating deployment activities, ensuring all of the Stakeholders are properly informed of planned downtimes or any risks to their service availability at all times
