Vous veillez au respect des procédures dans l'établissement et utilisez les différents outils de gestion interne.

Vous assurez une bonne expérience client et garantissez un service correct, aimable et stable.

Vous contrôlez la qualité des plats et procédez aux ajustements nécessaires.

Vous prenez le pouls du chiffre d'affaires, de la gestion et de la rentabilité de votre établissement.

Vous élaborez des plans d'action, les mettez en œuvre et en assurez le suivi.

Vous veillez à ce que le restaurant soit toujours bien rangé.

Vous êtes une personne de confiance pour la direction et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec celle-ci.

**PROFIL**:
Vous avez au moins 1 ans d'expérience en tant que assistant ou manager d'un restaurant ou dans le commerce de détail, et vous avez le sens de l'hospitalité.

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de relation clients et de gestion du personnel.

Vous êtes flexible, organisé(e) et avez l'esprit d'équipe.

Vous dirigez votre organisation en donnant l'exemple et êtes capable de fixer des priorités et de prendre des décisions.

Vous comprenez les exigences légales en matière de sécurité et d'hygiène (HACCP).

Vous parlez maitrisez le français, d'autres langues seraient un atout évidemment, et le Néerlandais un fameux plus
