Voor onze klant, een dynamische onderneming gelegen in regio **Brussel**, zoeken wij momenteel naar een gedreven management assistant (m/v/x) met een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je biedt algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan de zaakvoerder en het team;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het proactief coördineren en beheren van agenda's;
- Je plant interne/externe vergaderingen, seminars en conferenties;
- Je staat in voor het beheer van inkomende en uitgaande post;
- Je organiseert reisarrangementen en volgt deze ook;
- Je zal uitgaande correspondentie opstellen en voorbereiden alsook notulen en publicatieformulieren;
- Je bereidt presentaties en andere documenten voor met behulp van sjablonen;
- Je bent de 'go to' persoon het team voor alle praktische en organisatorische zaken.
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren ervaring als senior management assistant in een internationale omgeving;
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Frans;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office;
- Je bent zeer georganiseerd, accuraat en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen;
- Je hebt een probleemoplossende instelling;
- Je hebt een teamgeest en kan ook perfect zelfstandig werken;
- Je gaat discreet om met gevoelige informatie;
- Je hebt een flexibele ruimdenkende persoonlijkheid;
- Je bent een servicegerichte teamplayer en je bent bereid om mee te denken met het team.
- Je komt terecht in een fantastische werkomgeving met internationaal karakter;
- Je krijgt een coördinerende rol met een centrale functie met veel verantwoordelijkheden;
