- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion opérationnelle sur le site du client, des réunions clientèles concernant le suivi et l'implémentation de nos services ainsi que le traitement des réclamations du client
- Vous rencontrez les différents interlocuteurs afin d'assurer leur satisfaction
- **Gestion d'équipe**
- Vous encadrez une équipe d'une assistante et d'agents de service. Vous veillez à la réalisation des tâches, des objectifs et au respect des procédures en effectuant des points avec vos collaborateurs, en suivant les informations remontant de la clientèle et en rencontrant les clients eux-mêmes
- **Management transversal**
- Vous assurez un management transversal avec les différents intervenants internes
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec tous les centres de service
- **Votre profil**_
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un **Master** et vous avez une expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous êtes **bilingue FR/NL**:
- Vous aimez le management, votre écoute et votre leadership vous permettront de d'être reconnu par nos agents de service.
- Homme / Femme de terrain, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et dynamique. Vous n'avez pas peur de mettre « les mains dans le cambouis » tout en conservant une capacité d'analyse importante.
