Missions

  • Atteindre les objectifs de croissance du portefeuille en respectant la qualité et la gestion des risques.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des ventes selon les plans de prospection.
  • Effectuer des ventes directes auprès de tous les segments de clientèle.
  • Participer aux présentations auprès des prospects et intervenants externes.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres secteurs de vente pour développer les ventes croisées.
  • Analyser les besoins des prospects et fournir des propositions appropriées en collaboration avec les souscripteurs.
  • Négocier avec les prospects pour obtenir des résultats favorables.
  • Respecter les Règles Globales de Fidélité et les Autorités Locales.

Profil du candidat

  • Professionnel expérimenté dans la vente d'assurance avec une mentalité de chasseur.
  • Capacité à générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et à les convertir en relations rentables à long terme.
  • Connaissance approfondie de l'assurance des Lignes Financières.
  • Compétent en négociation commerciale et génération de leads.
  • Maîtrise des outils de vente sociale tels que LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot et Hootsuite.
  • Compétences avancées en présentation.
  • Esprit d'équipe avec de solides compétences en négociation et en relations.
  • Langue maternelle néerlandais ou français, avec une très bonne maîtrise de l'autre langue nationale et de l'anglais.
