The Polyvalent Assistant is in charge of the management of documents in accordance with the specific Nuclear Business Area procedures :
- To do the layout of :
meeting reports, project related documents, incoming and outgoing mails … - To archive documents with the appropriate internal tool - To distribute documents to internal or external customers Ensure purchase orders and make sure that invoices are paid Enter expense notes Ensure the management of roles & distribution lists and Server Project Spaces Handle administrative tasks for the Chief Officer Provide assistance in organising seminars Be in charge of updating CV’s of collaborators with the appropriate tool Be responsible for managing, scheduling and organizing meetings and travels Work together with other assistants and share the responsibilities to achieve tasks in time Company Our client is active in the energy sector. Profile A diploma in Secretarial studies or similar and around 3 years of experience in a similar position Languages :
